Our clinicians bring deep clinical training and genuine personal investment to every client — helping people build resilience, heal from trauma, and find greater balance in their lives.

Our Specialties
Individual, Adolescent & Family Therapy: We offer counseling for children, adolescents, and adults across a wide range of concerns — including trauma, grief, anxiety, and family conflict. Our trauma services include EMDR and other evidence-based, trauma-focused modalities. All care is grounded in attachment theory and the NPS Model.

Relationship Therapy: We provide relationship therapy for couples, polyamorous families, and those practicing ethical non-monogamy (ENM). Our relationship work addresses communication, intimacy, and mutual flourishing — tailored to the unique needs of each relationship structure.

LGBTQIA+ Focused Services: We are a fully affirming, LGBTQIA+-focused practice. Our clinicians have specialized experience working with queer clients, including those navigating heteronormative and cisnormative trauma. We see you, and we are here for you.

Faith-Based Services & Religious Trauma: We offer care for clients who wish to integrate their faith into therapy, as well as for those healing from religious trauma. Our clinicians with ordained backgrounds and graduate-level theological training are uniquely equipped for this work.

Workshops, Retreats & Trainings: We offer a variety of workshops and trainings for community groups, congregations, businesses, and clinicians. Topics range from the NPS Model and relationship health to LGBTQ+ theology and radical acceptance.

Clinical Supervision: We provide individual and dyadic supervision for LCMHCAs, offered both in-person and virtually. Contact us to learn more.

Continuing Education: We offer CE opportunities for licensed clinicians through the Nurture Play Structure site.

The Nurture Play Structure Model: The NPS Model is a clinically developed framework for exploring balance across three core dimensions of human experience: Nurture, Play, and Structure. It helps clients recognize their patterns, build on their strengths, and grow in the areas where they feel stuck.

Initial Session:
Clients are asked to complete all intake forms online prior to the initial session. This allows us time to review the information provided on the forms before we meet. Because we will not need time during the session for you to complete these forms, we can utilize the time to begin getting to know one another. We will briefly share information about ourselves and how we approach therapy at the start of the session. We will use the majority of our time addressing your goals (what do you want from our working together?).

Session rates range from $125–$225 per 50-minute session. We also offer a low-cost option at $25/session with our clinical intern.

We are in-network with: Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Optum, and United Health Care (coverage varies by clinician — please verify prior to your first session).

For out-of-network clients, we provide a superbill for potential reimbursement through your plan.

We are currently in the process of credentialing with Medicare (anticipated Summer 2026).
