With the Client Portal, established clients can:
Access their upcoming appointment schedules
Request new appointments (established clients of Phillip Bass only)
Update personal and contact information, including emergency contact & insurance information
Complete intake forms online
*If you have been a client of Trinitas Services, but have not been seen in over 30-days, you may need to call our office to have portal access reestablished.
** New client inquires can use our contact form to request a short phone consultation. New clients are not accepted via the portal without a consultation to asses for fit.
