With the Client Portal, established clients can:

  • Access their upcoming appointment schedules

  • Request new appointments (established clients of Phillip Bass only)

  • ​Update personal and contact information, including emergency contact & insurance information

  • Complete intake forms online​

  • Pay invoices

 

*If you have been a client of Trinitas Services, but have not been seen in over 30-days, you may need to call our office to have portal access reestablished.   

** New client inquires can use our contact form to request a short phone consultation.  New clients are not accepted via the portal without a consultation to asses for fit.
