EDUCATION & TRAINING:

Dr. Alisa Paliy is a board-certified psychiatrist who completed her psychiatry residency at Case

Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio (2015–2019). She earned her medical degree from

Rostov State Medical University (2001, Rostov-on-Don, Russia) and completed prior residency

and fellowship training in oncology at the Rostov Research Institute of Oncology.

Dr. Paliy brings a broad medical background and extensive clinical experience across
outpatient, hospital, and community mental health settings.

TREATMENT APPROACH:

Dr. Paliy specializes in helping adults struggling with addiction and ADHD regain clarity, stability, and control of their lives. She

provides thoughtful, evidence-based psychiatric care in a supportive and nonjudgmental environment. Her approach is collaborative and individualized. She combines careful diagnostic evaluation with medication management when appropriate, while also helping patients develop practical tools for emotional regulation, focus, and long-term wellbeing. Dr. Paliy takes time to understand each patient’s unique experience and works closely with them to create a treatment plan aligned with their goals.

SERVICES & FEES:

Dr. Paliy offers comprehensive psychiatric evaluation and medication management for adult patients. Services are available both in-person and via telepsychiatry. Insurance credentialing is currently in progress. Self-pay options are available, and superbills can be provided for out-of-network reimbursement.

AREAS OF EXPERIENCE:

Dr. Paliy works with adult patients and has particular interest in treating:

• Substance use disorders and addiction treatment

• Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)

• Depression

• Anxiety disorders

• Mood disorders

• Other common mental health conditions
