COUNSELING APPROACH:-
Your search for a therapist shows you are ready for hope and healing. I am honored to support you on your well-being journey. My work is grounded in a love ethic, multicultural awareness, and a commitment to social justice. I use a trauma-informed and strength-based approach that recognizes your inherent capacity for growth. I believe we all move through seasons of celebration, challenge, transition, and healing. Counseling provides a private, supportive space to listen deeply to yourself, explore your story, honor your strengths, and work through pain or uncertainty. My role is to meet you exactly where you are and walk alongside you with compassion and clarity. I integrate CBT, ACT, EFT, spiritually integrated psychotherapy, and Narrative Therapy to help you move toward the life you want to live.
