COUNSELING APPROACH:-

Your search for a therapist shows you are ready for hope and healing. I am honored to support you on your well-being journey. My work is grounded in a love ethic, multicultural awareness, and a commitment to social justice. I use a trauma-informed and strength-based approach that recognizes your inherent capacity for growth. I believe we all move through seasons of celebration, challenge, transition, and healing. Counseling provides a private, supportive space to listen deeply to yourself, explore your story, honor your strengths, and work through pain or uncertainty. I integrate CBT, ACT, EFT, spiritually integrated psychotherapy, and Narrative Therapy to help you move toward the life you want to live.
